Infini-fi
at a glance.
Infini-fi is a South African fibre internet service provider and a division of SADV. This page helps customers compare fibre internet packages, providers, pricing and coverage.
Infini-fi fibre deals start from R469 per month for uncapped home fibre in South Africa, with month-to-month packages, a free-to-use router, and free standard installation. Check your address first because available speeds and networks depend on fibre coverage in your area.
What is included

Uncapped and unshaped
Every Infini-fi package is uncapped and unshaped. Seriously. Stream, game, work, upload and download as much as you want without your speeds being throttled after a usage limit. No fair usage surprises halfway through the month.

Free-to-use router
Our Infini-fi fibre packages include a Wi-Fi router at no extra monthly rental cost. Get connected from day one without needing to buy additional equipment upfront.

Free standard installation
Standard fibre installation is included where available on supported networks. A certified technician handles the setup, gets your ONT connected, and makes sure your Wi-Fi is up and running before they leave.

WhatsApp support
Need help? Infini-fi support is available on WhatsApp for quick questions, troubleshooting and account assistance. No sitting on hold for half your afternoon, listening to lift music.

No AUP shaping
Infini-fi does not apply traffic shaping through hidden acceptable use policies that slow down streaming, gaming or work applications during peak hours. Your connection stays consistent, even when the whole neighbourhood is online.

What is
not included.
Non-standard installation costs
Some homes might need additional installation work depending on the property layout, cable route, estate requirements or distance from the nearest fibre access point. If any extra work is needed, the technician will confirm costs before proceeding. No surprise bills here!
Premium router upgrades
The included router works for most homes comfortably, but premium mesh systems, gaming routers or advanced Wi-Fi upgrades are not included in standard package pricing.
Cancellation fees
Month-to-month packages do not carry long-term lock-in penalties, but a once-off installation recovery fee may apply if you cancel very early, usually within your first 12 months.

What You
Need To Know.
Install
timing
Most installations are completed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on when technicians are available, network rollout status and whether your property already has fibre infrastructure in place.
Cancellation terms
Infini-fi keeps things flexible and transparent. To cancel your fibre package, a full calendar month’s notice is required. On month-to-month packages, no cancellation fees apply after your first 12 months. If you cancel within the first 12 months, a once-off early cancellation fee may apply to recover installation or activation costs covered upfront. Early cancellation penalties may also apply to longer-term contracts.
Provider and networkkey information.
What’s the Difference Between an FNO and an ISP?
An FNO (Fibre Network Operator) owns and maintains the physical fibre lines running to your area and home. An ISP (Internet Service Provider - that’s us!) delivers the actual internet service over that network.
Openserve and Vumatel are FNOs, while Infini-fi as the ISP provides your fibre package, support, and internet connection. Infini-fi offers fibre packages on both the Openserve and Vumatel networks. The network options available to you depend on whether either provider has fibre infrastructure at your address. Package pricing, speed options, and promotions can differ between the two.

Are uncapped fibre deals really uncapped? +
Infini-fi’s uncapped fibre deals are genuinely uncapped and unshaped, with no traffic shaping or prioritisation. Whether you are streaming, gaming, downloading, or on video calls, you will get the best speed your line can deliver. Infini-fi’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) only applies to network abuse such as illegal activity or malware.
What is the cheapest fibre deal? +
The cheapest fibre deal depends on the fibre network available at your address. Check your coverage first, then compare the available Infini-fi packages for your area.

Free standard installation may be included on supported fibre packages and networks. Any non-standard installation work will be confirmed before proceeding.
Why is upload speed important? +
Upload speed helps with video calls, cloud backups, online gaming, sending large files, and working from home. A balanced fibre line can make everyday online tasks feel smoother.
Which fibre deal is best for a family? +
